The Lenoir County Development Alliance is a public-private partnership formed in 2025 to unify Lenoir County’s economic development efforts. We connect government, business, education, and community partners around a shared goal: creating the conditions for industrial investment, quality jobs, and long-term growth.
Prepare Sites — We identify, evaluate, and advance industrial sites so Lenoir County is ready when opportunities arise.
Recruit Industry — We work with regional and state partners to connect companies with the locations, infrastructure, and support they need.
Support Existing Businesses — We build relationships with local employers, understand barriers to growth, and help industries pursue expansion opportunities.
Build Partnerships — We coordinate public and private resources to move projects forward and strengthen Lenoir County’s industrial economy
